Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: 

You love fast shipping and so do we! We process and ship most orders within 1-2 business days. Orders within the United states will typically deliver within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase.

FREE shipping on orders over $99: We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $99 to customers within the United States.

International Shipping:  

We do not currently offer international shipping on our website. If you are outside the United States and would like to order one of our products, please reach out to support@alvisosupply.com and we'll see if it's something we can arrange on a case by case basis.

Additional information:

Expedited Shipping:  We offer 2 options for expedited shipping within the United States at checkout, USPS Priority Mail and UPS 3-Day Select. We do not guarantee an expedited order will ship the same day it's placed, nor do we guarantee it will arrive within the delivery window estimated at checkout. 

Package taking longer than expected to arrive? While rare, this does occasionally happen. We ask for your patience as we work with the shipping carrier to try and figure out the location of your package. If the package is determined to be lost, we will ship out a replacement. This process can take 1-2 weeks depending on the shipping carrier.

Tracking says your package was delivered but it's not there. Please wait 1 additional business day before reaching out. Most of the time your package will just arrive the following day. If after 1 business day it still isn't delivered, and please contact your local USPS post office or UPS station. They will be able to provide you with the most relevant information. Checking with your neighbors is a good idea, too!

Please Note: If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we may be able to file a claim on your behalf. However, Alviso Supply is not responsible for refunds or reimbursements for packages marked as delivered. Porch piracy tends to increase during the holidays. If you'd like to request a signature requirement for delivery, please contact us at support@alvisosupply.com.
